To learn about our personal home care services and consultation regarding other services that may meet your needs, call our CareLine at 713-685-6577. The CareLine counselors can refer you to our Home Care Assessment staff to schedule a home visit to consult with you about your needs and to develop a personalized care plan. The initial assessment is provided by a licensed nurse and is an individual plan of care developed in conjunction with the senior and family members and is designed to improve health and assist with daily living activities. Based on the plan of care developed, you can make the decision to request a level of service that best meets your needs and fits within your budget. This personal analysis is provided at no cost to you. Sheltering Arms charges no upfront fees or deposits.
