Became Houston's preferred emergency response service provider, currently the largest independent Lifeline Medical Alarm provider in Texas

Established Houston's first Alzheimer's Day Center

Selected as the only local partner in American Business Collaborative's Work Family Directions, a national model elder care program

2002
Established Sheltering Arms Senior Services Home Health Care, a licensed, Medicare-certified home health care agency

2004
Selected as one of eight Community Partnerships for Older Adults programs funded nationally by the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation. Partnership named Care For Elders.
